Our Diamond Way Buddhist Groups developed through a grass roots movement of lay people, have a democratic structure and function through unpaid, voluntary work on the basis of idealism and friendship. They are not abstract institutions but friendly places where all interested in Buddhism can meet to learn and meditate, share experience and development, actively participate in the work which makes everything possible. The members share the responsibility for guiding meditations, answering questions and giving teachings.
The main practice in our groups is Guru Yoga on the 16th Karmapa - one of the many powerful and transformative methods of the Diamond Way. All meditations are guided in English and there are no prerequisites.
