Can I help with anything?

Yes, you can! This is our national course so we need everyone to make it happen and it is so much fun to work together. Please indicate what team you want to join in the comment section of the registration page or email us with your wish at 2023course@diamondway.org

We will also need help with build-up before and tear-down after the course. You can register here for the build-up and tear-down days, to help us plan meals.

What to bring?

Here is a packing list with suggestions on what else to bring. 
IMPORTANT! Please bring your reusable bottle/thermos for water and refreshments. 
Also, note this tick advisory - and always check yourselves and your roommates at night.

Where to park & where to pitch my tent?

There will be a designated place to park and to camp - please follow the guidelines of the welcoming team once you get on site. Here is a course map for your reference.

What if I stay before/after course?

You are very welcome to do so. You can register here for the build-up and tear-down days, to help us plan meals.

What if I am traveling with kids?

Please let us know in your registration how many kids and their names and ages. Parents will be able to use and organize childcare together in the Childcare tent. The children's course price is $15 per day / $60 for the full course - to be paid on-site.

What if I need help with transportation?

You can use this ridesharing board to organize rides to and from the airport and in the area with friends.
