Jesper Jorgensen,

born in Denmark, began his practice in the Karma Kagyu Buddhist tradition in 1988. He became the resident teacher of the San Francisco Diamond Way Buddhist Center in 1991, at the request of his teacher Lama Ole Nydahl. Since the early 90s, Jesper has traveled in Europe, North and Central America, New Zealand and Australia, transmitting the teachings of the Karma Kagyu tradition and helping to found over thirty Diamond Way Centers in the US and Canada. His practical western approach to the Dharma is always inspiring, joyful and insightful.
