Julianne Ferenczy-Sturiale

born 14th July 1960

I took refuge with Lama Ole in Hamburg in March 1984. I‘ve lived in the buddhist center there for 6 years form 1985 – 1991. Then I moved to Munich to help to build a new center there between 1998 and 2001. I am back in Hamburg since 2001.

I‘ve been giving buddhism introduction talks in the center to new people and at schools since 2001.

I‘ve traveled on tours with Lama Ole and Hannah Nydahl to Poland in 1985, Sikkim in 1985, to India in 1994 and 2001. I was with them in Nepal in 1986 and 2001, in Russia in 2003, South America in 2004, and Australia in 2006.

In 2005 Lama Ole asked me to become an offical travel teacher. I started first in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Then I went to Russia in 2007, 2008, 2009, then to Mallorca, Spain, in 2007, and Capetown, South Africa in 2008. I also thought in South America in 2008, Ukraine in 2009, and Australia in 2010.

I’m working as a lawyer in music business since 1992 and as a familie mediator for couples since 2005.

I’m married to Michel Sturiale, also a buddhist, since 2004. Curently we live in Hamburg but next year we are moving to the Europe Center to help there as well.
