Evening Meditation Mon-Fri 8pm

Each weekday night at 8pm center members meet to perform our main practice, the Guru Yoga on the 16th Karmapa, together. The meditation is guided and can last anywhere from 20-40 minutes. All are welcome, there are no perquisites to participate, and there is no cost. A short introduction will be provided for all new friends.

Friday April 6th
8pm: “Mind’s Unlimited Nature” with Jonathan Bradley

Saturday April 7th
11am: Meditation Session I (includes a short introductory talk)
2pm: Meditation Session II (guided by New York on Skype for the rest of the USA)
8pm: “Bodhisattva Activity” with Thure Svane-Dupont and Renzo Balducci

Sunday April 8th
11am: Meditation Session I (includes a short introductory talk)
2pm: Meditation Session II (guided by another city on Skype)

Wednesday April 11th at 8pm
Buddhist Refuge – Jonathan Bradley
Wednesday April 18th at 8pm
Preliminary Practices (Ngondro) – Masha Chlenova
Wednesday April 25th at 8pm
