Registration includes all lectures, catered meals, and lodging at hotel-like accommodations at the YMCA of the Rockies.

Rooms
We have arranged a variety of room options from completely private rooms to very affordable 6-person rooms.
Private, 2-person, 3-person, and 4-person per room options look like this:

Please note that in the bunk-room option guests are expected to stock their own room with towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. These supplies are provided by the venue in a central location in the lodge, but guests are to then bring them to their own room.
Children
Children under 5 are free. Children 5-12 will be charged $22/day or $88 for the entire course. This covers the cost of their food and accommodations. You will be charged upon arrival for this fee.
When registering, include your children in your “per-person” room count. For example, if you are a family of four (2 parents / 2 kids) and want your own room, the two adults would register for the 4-person per room option and indicate the number and age of children. If you are a single parent coming with your own child and want your own room, register for the 2-person per room option and indicate the number and age of children.
