Program
We do a guided meditation on Wednesdays and Sundays at 7:00 pm, proceeded by a short introductory talk about Diamond Way and Buddhism in general. There is always someone in the center a couple minutes before 7:00. There is no need to call or email in advance but you’re, of course, free to do so.
